Okay try this, ride around and look at other homes for sale, which ones (be honest now) are more appealing and would draw you in to see more, the ones with overgrown weeds, leaves piled up, or, the clean raked and weeded one that leads you right to the door? It means more than you know. Now it's time to talk about decluttering the inside. Please just remember other's (the buyers) doesn't want to see all your personal clutter, take those family photo's down, put up a cheap (or expensive your choice) picture that is relevent to your area. Well Thanksgiving is over and we are into the Christmas season, Ann and I cooked Thanksgiving on an Island and had 20 dear friends including our son and daughter-inlaw. Fried turkey, collards and all the trimmings (everyone contributed with one or more dishes).
